- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Well, can anyone really say they "loved" a root canal? Most importantly, Dr. Steinkruger has a gentle touch and affinity for Novocain which means a root canal as pleasant as a root canal can be. He was knowledgeable, open to questions and did not hesitate to fully explain the procedure. He was at all times concerned with my comfort and well-being. I found the environment to be relaxing and soothing. While he was quick and efficient, I never felt like he was rushing to get to the next patient as I so often happens in medical offices these days. Dr. Steinkruger and his staff were all very friendly and professional. They, as well as the office itself, had a clean, neat and organized appearance. I felt completely confident in their hands and though I hope not to have another root canal anytime soon, I certainly will be returning to Dr. Steinkruger if I do!March 28, 2017by page meyer
