  I find Dr. Kitch to be very knowledgeable, compassionate and knowledgable. He listened to my concerns and actually prescribed something that I was going to ask about. Very helpful and great bedside manner. He staff also is very helpful. Provided me with needed papers to file a claim with a different doctor. Yeah!

  The reception staff has excellent Customer Service Skills! They proactively care about time management ( waiting room time was less than 15 minutes....we arrived 20 minutes early) Dr. Kitch's genuineness is refreshing! Dr. Kitch displays a very down to earth, family oriented vibe. We immediately noticed Dr. Kitch's advanced active listening skills! As a parent of and a patient of: As a family we trust Low County ENT, 110% recommend Dr. Kitch's unique open-minded advanced medical knowledge!___ Adults, Adolescents and Children's ENT Specialty Care. As a patient too, happy with the entire experience from Consultation to Care. The receptionist scheduled a Consultation WITHIN 24 HOURS. Fantastic office location, generally 15 minutes close to everything!!! We have peace of mind knowing Low Country ENT was our wise choice for trust worthy medical care!
