- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Took my 3 daughters to Kool Smiles for their second appointment to get fillings. The wait time was short which is good. And the assistants were nice. However, some of what the dental assistants were talking about was highly inappropriate. Saying things about the dentist and that he was too old and didn't know what he was doing. The assistants said these things in front of my children which made them even more nervous than what they were before. Not to mention they were complaining of their schedule and their own personal lives to one another. This changed my opinion of how professional the people working for this company are.
