- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had a serious medical issue after my appointment in November. I was suppose to go back and have my eyes dilated. When I called in April, the receptionist said that I had to have another fitting for my contacts and she would call me back. I never received a call back. I called again. After talking with the doctor, this same receptionist said she had to contact my insurance provider because they may not pay and it doesn't matter what the reason was for missing my two week appointment in November.
